A new type of puzzle in our puzzle range! This wooden puzzle does not only have a beautiful picture to put together, it also has pieces of different sizes. The largest pieces contain a specific word. This increases the vocabulary and stimulates storytelling.
Description
In this puzzle about the savannah, there are animals that live on the savannah. You will see for instance a flamingo, a (baby) hippo, a giraffe, elephants, meerkats, zebras, bee-eaters, a snake and an antelope. Many new words can be learned because some animal-names are quite specific e.g. the cow heron and vervet monkeys. Of course it is also quit alright for the children to simply say heron and monkey.
The animals and their names are all described in a manual. The manual contains 6 languages, so even learning the names of these animals in a foreign language is possible!
